Application Requirements: | In order to apply to Kells Academy, please submit the following documents: Completed application form with application fee Report cards from the current academic year and June 2012 Copy of assessment if your child has a learning disability Copy of Birth Certificate and Immunization Records Passport size photograph MELS Achievement Record (Quebec Grades 10 and 11 only) Once the application package is complete and submitted to the school, an appointment for an interview will be arranged by the Admissions office.
