Athletics and Outdoor Programming
Sedbergh Students are fortunate to live, study and play on a campus that provides an incomparable venue for outdoor activities. As a result students stay active through a variety of organized sports and outdoor activities.cm08 1023 sedbergh2016

Cross Country Skiing
Students also participate in organized sporting events such as the Canadian Ski Marathon and the Terry Fox Run, which further challenges each student both mentally and physically.
Integrated into required courses are classes unique to Sedbergh designed to foster an appreciation of the environment and nature and to create an awareness of issues facing the natural world we live in. These courses include the grade 10 Wilderness Integration Course (WIC) and the grade 11 Environmental Leadership Course (ELC). These courses provide experiential learning opportunities for our students and are complemented by unique outdoor activities such as our “Huts” winter camping trips.
Sedbergh graduates move onto their first choice university across Canada, and around the world. Following graduation, Sedbergh students have enrolled in the following universities among others, many receiving academic scholarships.
